Agreement to Terms By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided Sïgn provides professional American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services, including:

• Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)
• In-person interpreting services

All services are subject to interpreter availability and the terms outlined herein.

Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official online booking platform or by contacting us directly.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Sïgn.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the appointment, including date, time, location, and nature of the assignment.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a safe and appropriate environment for in-person interpreters.
• For VRI services, clients are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and compatible technology.
• Clients must not ask interpreters to perform tasks outside the scope of professional interpreting, including tasks that violate the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Interpreter Assignment Sïgn will make reasonable efforts to assign a qualified interpreter suited to the nature of your appointment. While we consider specific requests, we cannot guarantee a particular interpreter.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Sïgn and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sïgn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
