Does my event need two interpreters?

Any assignment over an hour of continuous interpreting usually does. Interpreting is physically and cognitively demanding, and accuracy drops without a partner to rotate with. We will tell you before you book, not after.

How does billing work?

Per hour, per interpreter, with a two-hour minimum. Travel is billed at cost. Volume, multi-year and health-system pricing is available on request.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than two business days ahead are free. Inside that window the assignment is billed, because the interpreter has already held the time and turned down other work.

What does ASL training cost?

$3,999 for a full program: live sessions plus recorded modules, built around your cohort, with a certificate on completion. Tell us the team size and the goal and we will scope the sessions.
