Our Commitment to Fairness At Sïgn, we understand that scheduling needs can change. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for ASL interpreting services.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Rescheduling
- Appointments rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
Late Cancellations — Special Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a documented medical emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may issue a credit toward a future booking.
VRI Service Cancellations For Video Remote Interpreting sessions, the same cancellation schedule applies. If a VRI session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, a prorated credit or refund will be issued for the unused portion of the session.

Please include your booking confirmation number, the appointment date, and the reason for cancellation in your request.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Changes to This Policy Sïgn reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
